How to create your return
- Go to kingsofindigo.shipping-portal.com/rp/
- Enter your postal code and order number (your order number starts with 300 — you’ll find it in your confirmation email).
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and tell us the reason for your return.
- Follow the steps in the portal.
- Pay the return fee to complete your request.
Return costs
- Benelux, Germany, Austria, and France: €5 return fee
- Other EU countries: €15 return fee
- Outside the EU: Please send your parcel via your local postal or courier service. Return costs depend on your chosen provider.
