environmental impact. Our ethos is simple yet powerful: no compromises. Denim, done right.

Now, we’re looking for a King or Queen of DACH to help us expand and strengthen our presence in this key region. If you're passionate about driving growth and making a difference in the world of sustainable fashion, we want you on our team.

About the Job

At Kings of Indigo, the DACH region—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—is central to our success. This region accounts for the majority of our turnover, and we’re only just getting started. With part of the region managed through agents and the rest by our own sales personnel, we’re now searching for a King or Queen of
DACH to accelerate our growth and solidify our relationships with key retail chains, department stores, green stores, and fashion boutiques.

What You’ll Do:

As the King or Queen of DACH, you’ll be the key driver of our expansion in this pivotal
market. Your goal will be to establish new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and help our brand make a lasting impact.

  • Analyze the market to identify key target retailers and drive growth.
  • Travel the region to scout opportunities, build connections, and grow our customer base.
  • Collaborate with our sales force and agents to maximize sales across the DACH region.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
  • Identify and engage new clients, offering them valuable insights into our brand, products, and promotions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure clients feel supported.
  • Participate in strategy meetings, sharing your market insights and helping shape our sales approach.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, stock levels, and returns, keeping us ahead of the curve.

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re an ambitious, client-focused leader with a love for sustainable fashion and a proven track record in sales. You’re ready to take ownership of this region, balance relationship-building with target-driven success, and make a tangible impact.

  • At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales within the DACH region, preferably with a denim or sustainable fashion brand.
  • A proven drive for success, with the willingness to be measured against targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly connect with new and existing clients.
  • A team player who can thrive in a small, collaborative team, while independently managing your responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (experience with ERP systems is a plus).

Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
At Kings of Indigo, we’re more than a denim brand—we’re crafting the future of fashion. You’ll join a tight-knit team of 12 passionate individuals working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

  • Competitive salary package.
  • 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week).
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • Generous discount on our iconic collection.
  • Flexibility: part-time or full-time (20-40 hours).
