Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
Currently we are able to deliver in the following countries: 

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Finland, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Slovenia, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders above €100. For orders below that value, the shipping costs are €6,95.

When can I expect my order?
When you order before 4 pm on a workday, we strive to ship your items the same day. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered (depends on the delivery address).

Returns
You may return sale item(s) within 14 days and non-sale items within 28 days after delivery for a (full) refund. 
Please note that due to the exclusive offer, final sale items are not returnable.

How to create your return: 

  1. Go to https://kingsofindigo.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 
  2. Fill in your postal code and order number or tracking number (The order number should start with 100 or 200, you can find this information in the order confirmation e-mail you received from us, after you place your order.)
  3. Choose the product(s) you wish to return and fill in the reason for your return
  4. Follow the steps in the portal
  5. Pay for your return to complete the return application

For any returns within the Benelux, Germany, Austria, France and Finland we charge a return fee of €5. For returns in other EU countries, we charge a return fee of €15. For returns in Switzerland, we charge a return fee of €25. The reason for this is that we would like to encourage you to make conscious choices about what you are buying. By avoiding unnecessary returns the impact of CO2 emissions on the environment is minimized. 

For other international returns you can bring your parcel to your local post office or package service to post it to us. Costs depend on the chosen shipping company.
