We’re now looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Amsterdam. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to be part of a brand that’s driving change, this is the place for you.

About the job
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent service and engaging with customers to help them find the perfect fit. Whether you’re looking to work a few hours a week or seeking full-time employment, this role is flexible, offering between 8 and 32 hours per week.

What you’ll do:

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding the right styles and sizes, sharing product knowledge and promoting sustainable fashion.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with store promotions and events, creating a vibrant shopping environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
  

Who we’re looking for:
You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about sustainability. You thrive in a dynamic environment and love helping customers feel confident in their denim choices.

• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work between 16 to 32 hours a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written). Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
