Ordering & Payment
Shopping with us is simple. Browse our collection, add your favorites to the cart, and follow the steps at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you created an account, log in to see whether your order appears there. Still nothing? Contact us via contact form or via WhatsApp (+31 (0)85 000 4112).
This usually means one of your selected items was out of stock. Your payment has been refunded automatically. We’re sorry for the inconvenience - and we’re constantly improving our systems
to make sure this happens less and less.
Our warehouse moves quickly to get your order on its way, so changes or cancellations aren’t possible once it’s confirmed. If you need something different, place a new order and return the first one.

If a product is sold out, sign up for an alert on its product page. We’ll let you know the moment it’s back.
We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

Your privacy is important to us. All transactions are protected by encryption and processed through secure payment partners. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Orders above €100 (or local equivalent) ship free of charge.
For smaller orders, shipping rates apply as follows:
- EU countries: €6.95
- Switzerland: 6.95 CHF
- United Kingdom: 6.95 GBP
Most orders arrive within 3 - 7 working days, depending on your location. The exact timing and carrier options appear at checkout.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, including a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Start by checking the tracking details to see where the package was delivered. If it shows as delivered, ask your neighbors or building manager. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us via contact form or via WhatsApp (+31 (0)85 000 4112).
If a parcel can’t be delivered and returns to our warehouse, we’ll refund your payment
automatically. If the shipping fee wasn’t refunded, contact us - we’ll issue the refund or a free shipping voucher for your next order.
We’re very sorry about this. This should not have happened! Please return the item via our return portal and contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect. We’ll cover all returns and
replacement costs.
We’re truly sorry to hear that! We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If possible, refuse the delivery immediately. However, if your package arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away. Send us your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging, and our support team will make it right as quickly as possible.
You can add a different delivery address during checkout.
EU orders follow the same shipping and return policies. Deliveries to the UK and Switzerland may take slightly longer due to customs.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition.
Use our Return Portal :
- Enter your postal code and order number
- Include your packing slip in the parcel
- Print the return label sent by email
- Drop the parcel at the courier listed on your label
We currently don’t offer exchanges. Please return your item, and you’ll receive a full refund. You can then place a new order for the style or size you’d like instead.
Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense.

We encourage mindful shopping to avoid unnecessary returns and lower CO₂ emissions.
You can return items from two separate orders in one parcel. Please include both delivery notes (or return forms) inside the package to ensure smooth processing. If you’ve used two return labels, contact us via contact form - they’ll refund one for you.
Returns are processed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse. Refunds appear on your account within 10 business days.

Each product page includes a Size Guide. Measure your body, not your clothes, for the best result.

98% of our collection is made from natural fibers: mainly organic and recycled cotton, linen,Tencel, and wool.
All Kings of Indigo jeans have been vegan since 2019, and most other styles are too - except some knitwear and outerwear. Backpatches are made from Jacron, a paper-based leather alternative, and buttons from corozo, a natural tree nut. For knitwear and outerwear, we use recycled wool. We never use virgin animal fibers.
Repair & Warranty
We stand behind every product we make. Each one carries a three-year repair warranty. Have it fixed by your local tailor, and we’ll refund up to €20.

- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
- A picture of the inside label consisting of the name of the jeans, wash, and a specific jeans number that starts with K!
We’ll find a fair solution - either a replacement item or a voucher for our web shop, whichever
you prefer.
When your garment has truly reached the end of its journey, please recycle or donate it. Giving it a second life helps reduce waste, and that’s fashion moving in the right direction.
Sustainability
Kings of Indigo is built on sustainability: durable materials, fair production, full transparency, and circular design. Repair, reuse, recycle - it’s our way forward.
In 2024, 75% of our collection was made from organic fibers and 16% from recycled fibers. This year, we became the first company to launch a 100% post-consumer recycled denim (Reborn Denim) and a Natural Stretch denim with 10% recovery - without any elastane.
We are continuously increasing the share of recycled fibers across our collections. Alongside the three R’s - repair, reuse, recycle - we also pride ourselves on being radically transparent.

Natural Stretch offers flexibility and comfort without elastane. The yarn design provides natural movement with zero plastic - fully recyclable, biodegradable, and still comfortable.
We work with certified partners under:
- OTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
- OCS (Organic Content Standard)
- GRS (Global Recycle Standard)
- Regenerative Cotton Standard
- EIM Score (measures water, energy, and chemicals)

“100% recycled” means we use both pre- and post-consumer cotton waste to minimize virgin fiber use. Reborn Denim is made entirely from post-consumer cotton - mainly recycled Turkish denims and bed linens - processed at our partner Bossa’s own recycling plant near Adana, Turkey.
We do not use packaging for denim. All other products come in 100% recycled and recyclable polybags.
