Shipping

Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
Currently, we are able to deliver in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Finland, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Slovenia, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to most destinations when purchase from 100€. Shipping charges apply to orders delivered to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

When can I expect my order?
When you order before 4pm on a workday, we strive to ship your items the same day. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery address).

Returns

You may return all items within 30 days after delivery for a (full) refund.

How to create your return:

Go to https://kingsofindigo.shipping-portal.com/rp/
Fill in your postal code and order number (The order number should start with 300, you can find this information in the order confirmation e-mail you received from us, after you place your order.)
Choose the product(s) you wish to return and fill in the reason for your return
Follow the steps in the portal
Pay for your return to complete the return application

Returns charges

5€ return fee applies for EU countries.
All other countries: Please return at your own expense with a shipping provider of your choice.
Please note: 5€* is charged at the moment the return is created in the portal. Without payment you will not be able to confirm the return and receive a label.

UK Returns

If you'd like to return an item, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking. We also at this moment cannot cover customs fees related to the returns of goods, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are looking at alternatives here, but as we have recently opened the market this will be our current processing!
