Shipping policy

We ship to every country in the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and a number of others. The countries we deliver to are listed in the country selector at checkout. Shipping is charged per order, not per item.

• EU: €5. Free on orders over €100.
• United Kingdom: £15.
• Switzerland: CHF 20.
• All other countries: €40.

Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same day or the following morning. Delivery to the Benelux, Germany, Austria, France and Finland usually takes 1–5 working days. Other destinations take up to 10 working days.

Orders outside the EU

United Kingdom: on orders up to £135, UK VAT is included in the price you pay and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. On orders above £135, the carrier collects import VAT and any duty before delivering.

Switzerland and all other countries outside the EU: import VAT and duty are not included in the price. The carrier collects them, together with its own handling fee, before delivering your order.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, including sale items, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition with tags.

• EU: €5 per return. You pay the fee when you create the return in the portal.
• United Kingdom, Switzerland and all other countries: you arrange and pay for the return yourself.

We recommend a tracked and insured service. We cannot refund items that do not reach us. Customs charges on a return are not covered.

To start a return, go to the return portal, enter your postal code and order number, select the items and give a reason. You will receive a label.

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund or store credit and place a new order in the size or colour you want.

We refund within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse, to the original payment method.
