Visit a local tailor
Have the item repaired by a tailor of your choice and keep the receipt.
Send us the details
Submit the photos, proof of purchase and repair receipt through our contact form. The covered cost will be sent to the bank account you made the purchase from on our website.
Wear it again
Eligible repair costs are reimbursed up to €20, subject to the warranty conditions.
