MANSA | OPTICAL WHITE MARTIN

A shirt inspired by the streets of Amsterdam, the freedom of movement, and the creative energy that surrounds everyday life.  For this collaboration, artist Martin Bünger transformed the spirit of Kings Of Indigo into wearable artwork - blending abstract handwritten symbols, playful illustrations, and impressions gathered through travel and daily moments. The result is a piece that feels both personal and imagined, rooted in creativity and a true zest for life.  Hidden throughout the design are references to the values at the heart of KOI: sustainability, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to denim culture. Together, they create a visual story that captures the essence of Amsterdam and the people who move through it.  Think of it as a wearable postcard — designed to remind you to slow down, enjoy the moment, and carry a little Dolce Vita spirit wherever you go.
