What can you expect?

You will be working closely with the Marketing & Sales team, taking care of a variety of daily tasks.

Your goal? Good sell-through both online and offline (via our retailers) and to create brand awareness among our customers and target audience.

Daily Tasks

• Support content creation (Instagram, Facebook, email and website)

• Support marketing activations

• Enhance the sustainable mindset and brand awareness of consumers

• Help organise and execute photoshoots and events such as tradeshows and collaborations

• Help manage our Social Media platforms (mostly Instagram, Pinterest and Linkedin)

• Support with influencer campaigns and affiliate marketing

• Customer support and community management

 Who are we looking for?

• 3rd/4th-year student in Marketing/Communication, Economics, Media or otherwise relevant studies

• You‘re proactive, think in opportunities and you‘re eager to learn

• You‘re creative as well as analytical, and value commercial thinking

• You have a good sense of ownership and aim to reach more than just the necessary

• Working with Marketing/E Commerce Data is just as relevant for the position as creative tasks, so ideally you bring an interest for both to the table

• You are interested in the most common social media platforms

• You are familiar with MS Office and Canva. Experience with Shopify & Mailchimp is a
plus

• Comfortable in English (spoken & written)

• You live in (or close to) Amsterdam

• You‘re passionate about sustainability

Wat ga je doen?

Wij zoeken een gedreven stagiair(e) om ons finance team te versterken. Als onderdeel van ons team zul je een brede ervaring opdoen en de mogelijkheid hebben om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen onze organisatie. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig en efficiënt verwerken van verschillende financiële taken, waaronder:

• Debiteurenbeheer, waaronder het beantwoorden van vragen, het versturen van aanmaningen, het nabellen van klanten en de verwerking in de debiteurenadministratie;
• Verwerking van bankboekingen;
• Verwerking van inkoopfacturen van goederen;
• Ondersteuning bij het maken van analyses van de voorraad;
• Maken van analyses ten behoeve van managementinformatie;
• Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
• Assistentie bij het optimaliseren van financiële processen;
• Opstellen van diverse verkooprapporten en analyseren van de prestaties van verschillende verkoopkanalen.
  

Wie zoeken wij?

• Een leergierige en gemotiveerde student met interesse in finance.
• Iemand die gestructureerd te werk gaat en van aanpakken weet;
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Handig met Excel;
• Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, kennis van Duits is een pluspunt;
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 5 maanden;
• Woonachtig in de regio Amsterdam of bereid om te reizen.
