If you created an account, you can also find your order on your account page on the website. If the above doesn’t work or you’re having trouble completing your payment, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service.
We’re sorry but it seems like your K.O.I item is out of stock. That’s why we had to cancel and refund your order.
Orders are automatically processed in our system. Therefore, if you would like to change your order, you will have to return and order the right item again. If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, returns are free. For international orders, return costs are on your own account.
