The process is simple. We strive to keep it local, cutting out unnecessary shipping and hassle. Here's how it works:
Bring to local tailor
First take photo's of the damaged item. If you bought your item at a retailer, reach out to them first. Otherwise you can now take the item to your local tailor and get your clothing repaired.
Save receipt
Then save the receipt and send it to our customer support team (support@kingsofindigo.com) along with pictures of the damaged piece. They will make sure your repair cost is covered up to €20.

The covered cost will be sent to the bank account you made the purchase from on our website.
